Another really important thing is proof reading, I looked at a website for a customer yesterday and the main post in their news banner on the front page says "We are please to unvale our new website" Errors dont look professional, especially if it looks like your site was typed by someone in taiwan for 50p a day.

Another Big Gripe is the News pages them selves, people dont respond well if your news page has an item every couple of weeks but then nothing in the last 12 months, it looks like you paid for a site and then sacked the developer without getting a personal content managment system built into the site design. "I can't put any more news in only the developer knows how to lay it out properly and he was charging too much"

Fantastic articles. Cheers Alex

Hey great advice for anyone looking for a website. One point I would like to add is that site owners should be aware of what their expected level of commitment for the project is. Many clients seeking a website are often unaware the importance of great content are critical tot he success of a website. Before buying a website it is imperative to deciding how your content will be generated and that it reaches their web designer/ marketing consultant on schedule to ensure that the project will be completed.
Great article, keep up the good work!
