This is the first entry to the brand my new Blog. The purpose of this Blog is to document my adventures of running a Small Business and marketing using the internet.

My name is Alex Cooper and I am the founder of alexdigital.com and 1upSearch.com. I have been running a Small Business for over 4 years and have learnt an incredible amount in that time. I hope to use this site to help others market themselves using both Online and Offline methods.

My first online project was www.freedom-wireless.co.uk which is now over 3 years old. The Freedom Wireless website was a first for me in many respects. It was my first online shop, my first Adwords experience and my first SEO exercise. It proved extremely useful in teaching me many lessons.

I am now heavily involved with 1upSearch which aims to help other get the most from their online Activities including Google Adwords, Yahoo and Search Engine Optimisation. I hope to share some of my experiences through this blog so that others can grow their business using the techniques and methods that I have used to grow businesses.
